Refund policy
Below you'll find all the important information about returns and refunds for our webshop.
You have the right to return your order within 14 calendar days after delivery, without giving a reason.
To request a return, contact customerservice@distrilink.be within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returns must be:
- securely packaged, preferably in the original shipping box;
- returned through our return portal: https://distrilink.returnless.com/en
Return costs
Returns within 14 days are free of charge.
After 14 days, a return may be accepted at our discretion and a fee of €15 per box will apply.
Products should be returned in their original condition. Used, burned or damaged products may be subject to a deduction for loss in value where permitted by law.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
For damaged, defective or incorrect orders, please contact customerservice@distrilink.be as soon as possible.
