Below you'll find all the important information about shipping, delivery, and returns for our webshop.


Cut-off Time for Delivery

  • Orders placed before 18:00 (6 PM) GMT+1 will be processed the same day.
  • Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed the next business day.

Delivery Times

Delivery times depend on the destination country. We strive to deliver as quickly as possible for your convenience. Due to high demand, most orders are expected to arrive in +/- 1 week, depending on the product.


Shipping Rates

  • Shipping rates depend on the destination country and order weight.

  • You can easily calculate your shipping rates:

    1. Add products to your Shopping Cart.
    2. In your Shopping Cart, click "Shipping" to estimate the costs.

We work with Distrilink and regional carriers to ensure smooth and reliable delivery.


Worldwide Delivery

We deliver in most countries across the world. When in doubt, feel free to contact us at hoogeland@distrilink.be.  Please check your region's estimated shipping rates and delivery times during checkout.

  • International shipments may be subject to customs and duty fees levied by their local government and will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • International Shipments take roughly 7 to 10 days extra to deliver, however please allow up to three weeks due to the potential intervention of forces beyond our control.

Exclusive B2B Customer Benefits

  • Business-to-Business (B2B) customers enjoy discounts on shipping and products based on order volume and other factors.
  • To access these benefits, please register here. Our team will review your account to determine the specific perks available to you as a reseller.

For invoicing, ensure you include your VAT number during checkout.


Payment Methods

We accept all standard payment methods securely through Mollie.

  • Payment must be made immediately during checkout.
  • B2B customers will receive invoices post-payment if the VAT number is provided.

Order Confirmation and Cancellation

  • Once your order is confirmed, cancellation is no longer possible.
  • If you encounter issues such as damaged products or missing items, contact us here. We will assist you as soon as possible.

Return Policy

As a valued customer, you have the right to return goods within 14 calendar days without providing a reason. Here's how it works:

  1. Notify us at customerservice@distrilink.be within the 14-day period.
  2. The 14-day return window starts on the day of delivery.

Conditions for Returns:

  • Products must be unopened and in their original condition.
  • Customers must provide proof of return within the stipulated timeframe.
  • Opened packages are not eligible for returns.

Return Costs:

  • All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Returns must be sent via registered mail, and proof of shipment must be emailed to customerservice@distrilink.be.

Track & Trace

After your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a Track & Trace code. This allows you to monitor your shipment interactively.
